Q1 I am having difficulty with the location of a property I wish to add to the site.

It is important to know the correct postal address when adding properties. On the first screen we are ask three things
Country,
County,
In the case of the USA the counties will be soon listed with a State code, this is because there are many examples of the same county name within different states of the USA.

Town.
Town names are usually a single word possibly two do not add a description here or use any characters other than letters when adding the town name. It should be selected from the drop down list whenever possible The country and county must be selected first, do not try and shortcut the process by adding just a towname if you succeed you will quite likely end up not finding your property as it is listed in another country.
If an error occurs during the process you should click on reset and start the process by selecting the country. It is envisaged that all countries will be eventually included, if you wish to add a property to a country not listed let us know about it by email and that country will be added to the list sooner.

Q2 I am having trouble uploading my photos to the site.

Always make sure of the following when adding photos
Photos must have short filenames with no spaces. The maximum size for a filename is 25 characters.
Filenames must end with .jpg , .gif or .png and be of corresponding filetypes.
If they do not have the correct extensions results will be unpredicatable and the photos will not display on all computers.
Because we want our pages to load rapidly on viewers computers the size of files has been limited. Please follow the guidelines on filesize. If you are uncertain of the size and are using MS Windows

Open Windows Explorer to view the folder contents where he file is located and from the View Menu select details file sizes in that folder will be displayed.
or
right click on the file to view its properties. Photos can be resized using a photoediting program such as Irfan View free photo software.
or the software which came with your digital camera.

Q3 I would like to add my property to your site but do not know how to do it?

The fist thing to note here is you must be registered and secondly you must be logged in.

To register click on register and complete the registration form, Remember your username and password you will need it later, on this system your username is the email address you registered with.

You will be sent a link by email click on this link to complete registration, you may then login and add a property. You do not need to register again if you have more than one property.

Q4 My email address has changed how do I change it on your system.

If your email address changes and the one which you registered with us is no longer functional any enquiry emails will bounce back to us we will not know where to send them so will disable your advertising.
You will need to inform us by email that the address has changed.
