This part of Nice was built in the thirties & is one of many Art Deco buildings.It's close to the elegant Alsace-Lorraine Square, with its statues, tall trees & play areas. There are two local markets, one French & the other African & innumerable cafes and bakeries nearby. Recommendation:A lovely apartment with everything provided, that makes for a great holiday. Very central for the Beach, Train Station & Restaurants. Everywhere is so easy to get too.Making for a very relaxing time-L Lake UK
