Kato Doloi

This luxuriously appointed villa sits just outside the village of Kato Doloi. It has probably the finest views in the village both mountain and sea. Quiet, yet only 2km from tavernas and shops. It has a large private swimming pool and outside shower. Sun loungers, patio furniture and an umbrella are provided. Inside there are three large bedrooms, all with air conditioning and fans. All the bedrooms have built in wardrobes. There are two double rooms and one twin. The living room could accommodate two further persons. The large living living room has a log fire, DVD and wide screen TV and CD player. The dining area has a large table and seating for eight or more. The kitchen is fully fitted with gas hob and electric oven. There is a large American style fridge/ freezer with ice maker, a dishwasher and washing machine Outside there is a covered car port and other off road parking with electric gates.

Kato Doloi, lies at the heart of the Municipality of Avia, overlooking the Messinian gulf and behind the Taygetos mountain range. This is a typical Greek village, friendly people, a little kafenaion, a taverna serving excellent souvlaki and the best olive oil in the world. The picture postcard fishing port of Kitries and the beach are only 6 km away. Here you can safely swim, snorkel and sunbathe,. There are also excellent tavernas here.
