If you like history and culture you can visit some wonderful cities and towns that are all only a short journey away that will make you want to come back year after year! Jerez, famous for it’s Sherry and Andalusian horses, is only 20mins away and you can visit many bodegas (wine cellars) and Horse dressage show to music, should not be missed. The wonderful city of Seville is 1 and a half hours drive but well worth it but can become unbearably hot in summer! Cadiz is a short hop across the bay and you can take an old steamer across or the new catamaran to this great capital city. You can easily take some short drives to a few of the pueblos blancos (white villages) in the area.
