Comares has a population of approx 2000 and is typically spanish with local bars, restaurants and banks etc., It is a popular daytrip for holidaymakers due to its pretty scenery. It is also ideal for walking, horseriding, climbing and artistic holidays. Beautiful beaches are just 30 mins away by car and it is possible to visit Granada, Cordoba and Seville. We have even managed to visit North Africa!! It is 15 mins to Torre del Mar where larger supermarkets can be found.
