Fully airconditioned throughout, this townhouse is luxuriously furnished with a TV with UK satellite channels. The accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms over four stories, sleeping 6. On the ground floor you have an east facing garden with a table & chairs to seat 6 and two sun loungers. The lounge consists of two large sofas and dining table to seat 6. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the conveniences of home. On the first floor there are 2 twin bedrooms and a bathroom. The bedrooms are east facing with views of the sea and mountains.The second floor has a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Steps lead to the roof terrace where you can soak up the sun on the sun loungers. In the gardens, there is a large pool and a childrens pool which gets the sun all day. Sun loungers are provided around the pool.

The Casares Costa is located between Estepona and Gibraltar and near to the towns of Sabinillas & Duquesa. It is on the south west coast of spain,and therefore the climate is good all year roundwith approximately 320 days of sunshine every year, making it the perfect destination for golfers all year round and holiday makers alike. The townhouse is situated near to the beaches of Sabinillas with its many shops,bars and restaurants some have live music and dancing, others are quiet the choice is yours! Next to Sabinillas is the port of Duquesa, at night have a meal in one of the many and varied restaurants overlooking the water, English, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Thai, American and Mexican, they are all here. They are all open all day and stay open until late at night
