Lounge has tv, dvd, cd radio, double sofa bed and armchair. The dining area has table and four chairs. There is under stairs storage where the iron/ironing board are kept. Downstairs bathroom with separate shower and bidet. Upstairs there is one double bedroom and one twin both with ample wardrobe space and both with patio doors leading onto a large terraced area with table and chairs. The upstairs bathroom has a bath with over shower. On the top floor is a large solarium with shower and sun loungers. The property has portable electric fans and heaters and is also alarmed. Outside there is a fenced and gated garden with a covered patio with table and chairs with views of the countryside and mountains, ideal for eating or relaxing. At the rear of the property is the communal pool (not heated).

Daya Vieja is a small village about 5 miles inland from the lovely sandy beaches of Guardamar. It has a small super market and a couple of bars/restaurants. There is also a church and police station in the village. Within a few miles there are the towns of Benimar, Benijofar and Quesada with a much wider choice of bars, restaurants, shops and banks. The beaches of Guardamar and La Marina are within ten minutes drive and the town of Torrevieja just twenty minutes away. There are four championship golf courses within 30 minutes drive of the property.
