We manage a number of apartments within this small friendly gated community of 12 townhouses and 8 apartments. Ideally situated just 15-20 minutes walk from Denia town centre,and 10-15 minutes walk from the nearest golden sandy beach with further beaches just a 5 minute drive away. It is an ideal place to stay for a relaxing break for couples or families that may wish to holiday together. All apartments have been furnished are home from homes and furnished with comfort in mind.

Visiting Denia, is experiencing the real spain, eat or drink in one of the numerous cafes/bars down the tree lined Marques de Campo watching the world go by or catch one of the many fiesta's that Denia is famous for.
