The Annexe has been fully refurbished in March 2006, it is tastefully co-ordinated and personally supervised to maintain high standards of cleanliness so you can be assured that we will do our best to make your stay a pleasant and comfortable one. We are registered with the Isle of Wight Tourism and awaiting a new star rating from the National Quality Assurance Standard, Self Catering Board. A peaceful location situated in the village of Wroxall between the seaside resorts of Ventnor & Shanklin, offering the peace of the countryside but still central for the Islands amenities and beaches. Bus routes go through the village to most Island Towns and Attractions. Wroxall is renowned for its countryside walkways and a multitude of footpaths radiate out from the village onto the Downs. Golf fishing beaches together with botanical gardens, historical attractions, sailing within easy reach.
