Los Molinos is a peaceful area above Benitachell. Moraira & Javea have lovely safe sandy beaches. Moraira lies in a bay and is an old fishing village. Javea has three centers. At one end there is the Arenal Beach with its sandy beach, long promenade and many bars, restaurants and shops. The other centres about 1km away are the port and old town areas that have retained much of their old Spanish charm. Its natural beauty means that this area is regarded as a jewel on the Costa Blanca.
