This house is set in a lovely small select complex with a private swimming pool only 600 metres from a large sandy beach, restaurants and shops. Within the hall there is a utility room and shower room. The kitchen is at the front with the dining room and living room at the rear. Upstairs there are the 3 bedrooms and bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a balcony and bedroom 1 has a terrace overlooking the pool. The dining room leads on to a terrace with the pool only a few metres away.

Denia is situated at the foot of Montgo Mountain. The beach in Denia stretches for some 15 km with the port being very important with the fish market and ferries to the Balearic Islands. The old castle is now a museum but in the town you will find all modern facilities but around the narrow streets of the fishing area all the towns history can be revealed. The restaurants in town are of excellent quality serving all foods including traditional paella and a great variety of fresh seafood.
