It is located in the very peaceful La Cometa area and is very comfortably furnished. The beautiful town and sandy beaches of Moraira are only a 5 minute drive away with it’s large variety of bars, restaurants and shops. The neighborouring town of Javea is only a 15 minute drive away with its lovely Arenal Beach. There is easy car parking at the villa.

Moraira is a delightful town with two glorious safe sandy beaches. These beaches have both been awarded the EEC Blue Flag for cleanliness. Moraira lies in a bay and is an old fishing village that now has a large marina. The town retains much of its fishing village character with its narrow streets lined with a variety of shops, bars and many restaurants serving food to suit every taste. The neighbouring coastal town of Javea with its beautiful Arenal beach is only a 15 min drive away.
