Our Vacation/Holiday Villa with Pool is situated on a lovely gated community just 15 minutes from Disney. The community has its own clubhouse with a community pool, mini gym and wi-fi internet access. It is close to shops and restaurants and there are several golf courses within a 10 minutes drive. The master bedroom has ensuite facilities, a walk in closet and access to the pool area. The patio faces west,important as you get the sun on the pool area from mid-morning until sunset.

The Villa is just 15 minutes from Walt Disney World, and just 30 minutes from Seaworld and Univeral Studios. Busch Gardens is also within easy reach. There are hundreds of restaurants and shops within a short drive. However the villa itself is set on a lovely gated community - a haven away from the hustle and bustle of the parks. The Area also offers the quieter pleasures of Lake Louisa State Park only 15 mins away and some of Florida's best birding trails.
