Our luxurious Florida villa has 4 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms with Large Private Screened Pool and is just 15 minutes from Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida. There are 2 En-suite Master bedrooms with large walk-in showers. It can therefore accommodate families/groups, with 2 couples each having their own Master suite. Both Master bedrooms overlook the pool area and are fitted with Queen size beds, dressers, bedside tables with reading lamps, Cable TV, phone, clock radio and large walk-in closets. There are 2 additional bedrooms, each furnished with two Twin size beds, drawer, bedside table with lamp, clock radio and large built-in closet. One of these bedrooms has a TV/VCR and Sony Playstation 2. Both bedrooms have direct access to the third adjoining bathroom, which effectively becomes another En-suite bathroom when only 1 of these rooms is in use. The 3rd bathroom has a large vanity area. A separate door leads to the bath tub with shower area. This bathroom can therefore be used privately by more than one person at a time. The spacious Family room is furnished with a large Queen sleeper sofa, a two seater sofa, armchair, coffee table and side table with lamps. It is equipped with a large Cable TV, DVD and CD/Hi-Fi system. Large Patio doors lead to the Covered Patio/Lanai, which provides a shaded area and is furnished with a table and chairs for that Al-fresco dining experience. The Large Private Screened Pool area has extended decking, providing you with extra space to relax and enjoy the Florida Sunshine on the sunloungers provided. The Pool can be heated for your comfort and has underwater lighting for night swimming. The fully fitted kitchen has a breakfast bar with bar stools and is equipped with everything you would need during your stay. This includes a fridge/freezer with icemaker, microwave oven, full size oven and hob, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils and a full range of crockery, cutlery and glassware. An iron and ironing board are also provided. The dining area is furnished with a large dining table and chairs.

Our beautiful 4 Bedroom/3 Bathroom villa is situated on Florida Pines off the US 27. Walt Disney World Resort is a mere 15 minutes drive. The I-4 is 3.5 miles south of the villa and provides easy access to all of the major attractions including Disney, Universal, Wet & Wild, Sea World and International Drive. The various shopping outlet Malls can also be accessed from the I-4. Busch Gardens in Tampa and Kennedy Space Centre are just 1 hour away and the villa is ideally located for a visit to the beautiful beaches on the East or West Coast. The shops, attractions, supermarkets and restaurants of Hwy 192 are only a 5 minute drive from the villa. There is also a new shopping complex with a Publix supermarket a couple of miles from the villa. There are numerous Golf courses within easy reach of our Florida Pines villa. Orlando International Airport is 35 minutes away and Sanford Airport 55 minutes away.
